Haar bei München, 24. März 2010 – Nach der erfolgreichen Anwenderkonferenz im Februar diesen Jahres präsentiert sich DS SolidWorks jetzt wie gewohnt auf der Hannover Messe 2010. In Halle 17, Stand E40 wird das Unternehmen seine gesamte Produktpalette zeigen, von der CAD-Software SolidWorks 2010 über die Lösungen für das Produktdatenmanagement und die Simulation bis hin zu 3DVIA für die Dokumentation. Ergänzt wird das Portfolio von SolidWorks Sustainability, einer Lösung für die Bewertung der Umweltverträglichkeit von Konstruktionen.
SolidWorks Sustainability ermittelt bereits während der Entwicklung die CO2-Bilanz, den Energieverbrauch sowie die Auswirkungen auf Luft und Wasser bei der Materialbeschaffung, Herstellung, Verwendung und Entsorgung einer Produktkonstruktion. Unternehmen können dadurch nicht nur ihre Ressourcen optimieren, sondern auch einen Beitrag zum Umweltschutz leisten.
